Pros

There are some great people who work at BKFS, but they are not empowered to make much of a difference.

Cons

A majority of those that work for BKFS have no intentions of going anywhere else, or working hard. This means that about 10% of the people do 90% of the work. Pay is all over the board for many employees in the same role.

Pros

Great team members, lots to learn, lots of technology, great leaders (not all), most managers are understanding of work/life balance and are flexible

Cons

Below avg pay, next to nothing in bonus despite of doing great thru the year, you get to hear we are family a lot from senior executives
