There are good, dedicated coworkers that work hard to build solid software with their hands tied behind there back.
Cons
The company lacks vision. There is no process. The process that is claimed is Agile, but is little more than a buzz word. It is more of a waterfall process in agile timeline. Software development timeline is controlled by the sales team that often provides high level ideas with little concept of actual requirements and have unrealistic expectations of how long it takes to develop and deploy software. There is no career path for improvement or promotion. There is no way of knowing how your team fits into the organization or if it is part of any future goals There are more expected layoffs. Everyone here fears they will not have a job from week to week. Morale is at an all time low.
