Pros
Growing company - lots of fun seeing new things develop. Lots of opportunities move into and learn new skills/build your own career paths. Weakness overall are getting addressed, some areas slowly other areas quickly. Compensation is being revamped to be more competitive globally.
Cons
Growing company - growing pains. While there are good areas, there are also bad areas in the company to work in - not overly consistent - depends on who senior management is and what values they have. Happy working in IT, very unhappy working in Manufacturing. Does not seem to be a balance check in management - no one is checking competence it seems - your lucky if you get a good manger, very unlucky if you get a bad one (and good luck trying to transfer away from one that doesn't like you). Some old time managers have a hard time scaling up.
