Cons
1.Highly bureaucratic management and nepotism exist across the company. 2.Lot of un-productive veteran resources projecting themselves as leaders in the company ,but doing nothing and adding burden to the company and creating hurdles to the company's cause.These leaders only exist because company don't know how to deal with them :( .These are the people take calls and run the show :(,so cant expect any miracles! 3.Absolutely no growth with in the company due to rigid middle and high management structure.No place for the real contributors to grow in the organization. 4.Employees quitting and running away from the company mainly because they are feeling not heard and seeing no future for the company. 5.Youngsters, please stay from this company to save your efforts and energy for something meaningful and futuristic jobs. 6. No value for the real contributors as Veteran hide everything from the top management and promote their sycophants.
