Corporate BB has killed Cylance culture - Anonymous employee BlackBerry Employee Review

BB has destroyed both the Cylance culture and the brand recognition. The morale is in the gutter, Management has no desire to understand why. Our best People are running away , and BB management’s attitude is that it can’t be their fault. They don’t replace people and expect the poor souls that stay to make it all work. Business is stagnant, there are zero opportunities for any career growth. Lots of lip service in terms of BB wanting to retain talent, but no actions to back it up.
