Lack of leadership and direction - QA Manager Blackline Safety Employee Review

Blackline bought Wearable Technlologies in 02/2021. They failed to do due diligence on the company before they bought them and proceeded to recruit a whole development team with the promise of great things. Blackline expanded their own workforce exponentially at the same time. They realised all too late that they'd expanded too quickly so cut off the Wearable Technologies leg as a quick fix, along with 5% of their own workforce. Blackline shareprice has been tanking for a while so probably shouldn't be surprised. I would be surprised if Blackline are still running this time next year.
