All decision making happens between very small group. No project management capability, always ready to run to latest perceived fire and throw away all other progress. No data used, very business data little available.

Only needed if you need an intrinsically lone worker device.

Cons

Treat employees bad, horrible gas detection and tech, can only replace cartridge not individual sensors, poor design.
