It's a young company, so if you show your skills, you can grow in the company quickly. If you see a need, fill a need, and you will be recognized for it. The chain of command is small, so your voice will be heard.

The company is in a transition stage where it's run like a ma and pa shop, but it's growing far past that. Some processes make sense in a small company, but Blackstone is now sold at Walmart... We are no longer small. I'm hoping they can continue to update things so that selling can be more seamless, especially B2B.
