- Absolutely pathetic at hiring senior leadership , every person that has been hired at a senior role has been a disaster . - Anyone who works, is punished for it , better off staying in your own comfort zone , do get noticed once in a while though to avoid getting fired on a Friday - No work life balance if you take up any responsibility - Cannot say more about the leadership quality when a senior leader says that people will be fired anytime, great way to inspire the employees - Leadership believes in avoiding problems , has no solution on how to make different teams work together - There is so much work but very less gets done because of lack of planning and prioritisation.
