Pros

We can learn how to do politics which will be helpful to sustain in any organisation.

Cons

1. No job security as there is sudden firing of employees. 2. Very less hikes like service based company. 3. INTERMEDIATE hikes and bonus are given only for specific teams and few team leads . 4. Team managers cheated team members that they don't have any intimation regarding hikes and bonus but they have received hikes and bonus happily. 5. Management thinks only team leads are working hard and team members are just enjoying the fruits of success. It may be correct as they also come under management category. 6.Try to stop discrimination between teams and members as all have equal role in success of the organisation. All are eligible for INTERMEDIATE HIKES OR ATLEAST BONUS . 7. Even supermarket HR policies are better than blaize.

A few teams and good people genuinely wanted to build cool things that mattered.

Cons

There’s a big gap between what’s shown to the outside world and what actually happens day to day. If trust and honesty matter to you, you may find it difficult to reconcile the company’s narrative with the reality inside.
