Pros

1) Hire and Fire. Yes, this is true. 2) Best and Talented people left thecompany, so politics will win the game.

Cons

1) In Software development team, people fight each other for no reason. 2) No Clarity on what they do in SW developent team, showcase simple features for years to impress the managment. 3) Blame each othe, push the ball on to other side. 4) No customer is happy with the SW stack, nothing works when the customer try their own network or application.
