This company is strapped for cash. Unable to pay their bills. Unable to give employees the fair pay for their positions. Not able to give pay increases. If you disagree with any of the executives, you are immediately terminated. I have had to witness, many qualified and smart employees leave the company or be terminated because of the way the executives and family members run the company. This company expects you to work 60+ hours a week as well. You have to walk around on eggshells in the office. There is no warm or welcome feeling in the environment.
