Cons
CEO Andrew Blake is the worst kind of person - someone who thinks they’re smart/brilliant/creative/successful on their own, but actually isn’t any of those things. He does not seem to understand that he is the problem. This isn’t a surprise because he surrounds himself with “yes men” (and yes, I do mean MEN.)
There is zero strategy, no planning in advance, no long term plan, and zero understanding of the industry in which he operates. 0 stars. Do NOT work here.
