- CEO micromanages everything - No work/life balance, expected that you were to give up weekends and work late nights with little to no warning - HR is an embarrassment, no training, very high turnover - Lack of leadership throughout - Benefits aren’t good because it’s so small - Falsely represents itself as a company and the management team is very inflexible. Definitely a boys club, almost no women or minorities represented in the entire company and none in leadership roles.
