Pros
Speaking for myself Bct checks all the boxes. I like variety, self starting, and the opportunity to problem solve. I was happy with the compensation, benefits, and managements ability and willingness to recognize and promote talent on the floor. My supervisor was very personable and engaged. Plant manager was easy to approach and cared about others problems. CEO knows what he's doing. Extremely talented at judging risk, very drivin and hardworking guy. And lastly work/life balance. So all the other reviews put it in the con section, however I Like overtime. If you want it, it's there. was only mandatory for a week during my entire time at bct. I honestly would still be there if I didnt go to work for myself.

Yup, unorganized. Not to a huge degree but if your not used to a little chaos I understand how that could be difficult for some.
