Pros

Working in sports and helping individuals/teams develop. Being around the baseball and softball culture.

Cons

Management from the top down are not on the same page. I’m a realist and there are some pretty unattainable goals in sight for certain markets. It goes to show you how many people were in this position before me for such a short amount of time. It’s understand it’s about producing and money, but they go about it in all the wrong ways.
