We do work in the construction industry that has a natural flow of work peaks and Blattner strives to balance this work throughout the year, but at times this isn’t the case. We value our employees, their dedication and work they do for us throughout the year.

Personal Company Truck + Fuel and Maintenance Card. Rotation every three weeks 5 days with paid flight home and rental. Most weekends off if working solar projects.

Cons

Working away from home. A lot of driving across the US to New projects. 10-12 hour work days.
