We appreciate the feedback of your previous time with Blattner. We do take safety seriously because we value each of our employees and we're glad that you recognized this during your time with us. It’s unfortunate that your past time with the company isn’t what we’d expect at any time for any of our employees, but know that we have and will continue to make improvements for our employees and the company as we truly care about our people and their feedback. We’ve recently made updates to our training programs that incorporate better technology and teaching methods to improve the experience as well as the educational content. Also, we have a transparent promotion process that is available for our employees to read that can be accessed on our employee portal or by contacting human resources (for current employees). Additionally, we understand the demands of the construction industry and try to set these expectations during the hiring process to make potential new employees aware of it.
