First off there is no training when it comes to this position. It is a sink or swim job. Your best hope is to get on a job site that has another good Field Construction Coordinator/Project Construction Coordinator that will actually take the time to sit down and show you what is expected. Most of the training is on the company Learning Hub but half the time it doesn't help.
As an FCC you are on the low end of the totem pole and at most times it is an under valued and under apricated position. During orientation they tell you that you'll have 50/50 field to office work schedule, but when you get to site you'll realize they have you doing the work of 2 to 3 employees and still expect you to get out in the field. Learn how to delegate work out because that is the only way to make it work.
Once you embrace the SUCK and finally realize your not going to be perfect the job gets easier.
