He CEO co tells everything except himself. He becomes easily irritate and his decision making is most appropriately described as hasty and rash. People are often hired for roles that are changed without notice or not where their experience is. The impetus of many decisions seems to be unknown by even himself. It’s hard to execute anything when the sole decision maker struggles to retain his own direction or know what he wants to do with his business. Most jobs in the office aren’t hard to perform but the atmosphere and micromanagement make it difficult.
