Pros

Good benefits: health, dental, vision; partial cell/internet reimbursement.

Cons

Used to be a good company, but top-down decision-making doesn't take into consideration actual impacted areas. Increasing amounts of bulk layoffs in favor of contracting work out and lack of empathy. Even teams that used to have a strong family feel are straining under drastic annual changes and feeling hollow. Allot of bureaucracy and budget cuts making moving up in the company extremely difficult and long process. Overpowering DEI politics lead to promotions and hirings based on fulfilling DEI quota.

Pros

Limited knowledge transfer and onboarding support for new team members. New hires are often expected to figure things out with minimal guidance. Workplace politics can sometimes impact collaboration and decision-making. Managers may not always be actively involved in supporting team members or addressing concerns. Full-time employees are occasionally treated differently than contractors, creating an uneven work environment. Documentation and process knowledge sharing could be improved. Work culture can be stressful at times, leading to challenges with work-life balance and employee morale.

Cons

Good exposure to projects and technologies. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
