Pros

Lot's of pto that carries over Able to take it when you are laid off Close to BART

Cons

Too many to mention. As a manager I have never been so embarrassed to be one. The company has very weak leadership and director level folks are literally only interested in ther next raise. A very toxic workplace. Most people who have been here for over a year are looking to leave. Lot's of politics and favoritism.

Pros

Limited knowledge transfer and onboarding support for new team members. New hires are often expected to figure things out with minimal guidance. Workplace politics can sometimes impact collaboration and decision-making. Managers may not always be actively involved in supporting team members or addressing concerns. Full-time employees are occasionally treated differently than contractors, creating an uneven work environment. Documentation and process knowledge sharing could be improved. Work culture can be stressful at times, leading to challenges with work-life balance and employee morale.

Cons

Good exposure to projects and technologies. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
