Pros

This company is a great place to grow your career if you are ambitious and goal oriented. The remote work benefit here is progressive and the company treats their employees with trust and like adults, and they can retain some good employees.

Cons

There is so much noise and chatter around lay-offs and reorgs. We are losing a tremendous amount of business, we are losing money in the market segments where we are gaining business and the entire company is off balance. The relatively newly appointed CEO seems to be floundering and making rash decisions without proper legal authority and I see many potential lawsuits and fines in our future. We are losing our best human capital at a rate faster than we can train new talent. The culture is highly toxic and I often feel like I will be let go. I'm going on almost 6 years of faithful employment with multiple promotions.

Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you like how you’re treated as an employee and that we’re progressive in our views of remote work. We’re lucky that our leaders travel to our multiple office locations in California and spend time outlining both the future and our goals at Road Shows. With over two decades of experience in health care, our CEO began with us in 1995 and began as CEO in 2013. Having been named one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies, we are proud that one of our Core Values is “We are honest and ethical; do the right thing.” Again, thank you for your review. Pros

Limited knowledge transfer and onboarding support for new team members. New hires are often expected to figure things out with minimal guidance. Workplace politics can sometimes impact collaboration and decision-making. Managers may not always be actively involved in supporting team members or addressing concerns. Full-time employees are occasionally treated differently than contractors, creating an uneven work environment. Documentation and process knowledge sharing could be improved. Work culture can be stressful at times, leading to challenges with work-life balance and employee morale.

Cons

Good exposure to projects and technologies. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
