Pros

I was given some unique opportunities to train offshore Opportunity for professional growth Flexibility to work from home Decent benefit package Nice work environment/ cafeteria

Cons

Trainers are extremely underpaid for what they are expected to do. Long hours, expected to travel overseas and leave your family for extended (months) period of time with no additional compensation Poor decision making - I saw a lot of money wasted on failed or poorly planned projects Company puts people in leadership positions with no experience or education Most trainers start at entry level with no experience or understanding of adult learning

Pros

Limited knowledge transfer and onboarding support for new team members. New hires are often expected to figure things out with minimal guidance. Workplace politics can sometimes impact collaboration and decision-making. Managers may not always be actively involved in supporting team members or addressing concerns. Full-time employees are occasionally treated differently than contractors, creating an uneven work environment. Documentation and process knowledge sharing could be improved. Work culture can be stressful at times, leading to challenges with work-life balance and employee morale.

Cons

Good exposure to projects and technologies. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
