Pros

Great offices, good wellness programs, decent (not competitive) pay, bonuses some years. Really great co-workers for the most part. I was there about 10 years, still friends with a lot of folks I worked with.

Cons

Leadership was bad prior to the new CEO. It's a lot lot worse with the newest set of yahoos that are running the place. Their "employee engagement" programs are a joke. Not one manager I knew took is seriously. Poor decision making and brown nosing are how things are done. Oh - and lying. A lot of lying. I recommend ANYWHERE else to work, if you have any morals or decency.

Pros

Limited knowledge transfer and onboarding support for new team members. New hires are often expected to figure things out with minimal guidance. Workplace politics can sometimes impact collaboration and decision-making. Managers may not always be actively involved in supporting team members or addressing concerns. Full-time employees are occasionally treated differently than contractors, creating an uneven work environment. Documentation and process knowledge sharing could be improved. Work culture can be stressful at times, leading to challenges with work-life balance and employee morale.

Cons

Good exposure to projects and technologies. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
