Pros

Despite the channlenges with management communicating and creating the right enviornment to support it's people- you will find a lot of nice people to work with. If you don't thave the right title after your name- they don't respect you for your actual efforts.

Cons

Poor communication. Managers treat people as commodities, Revolving door- company takes the California's "at will" policy to a whole new level.

Pros

Limited knowledge transfer and onboarding support for new team members. New hires are often expected to figure things out with minimal guidance. Workplace politics can sometimes impact collaboration and decision-making. Managers may not always be actively involved in supporting team members or addressing concerns. Full-time employees are occasionally treated differently than contractors, creating an uneven work environment. Documentation and process knowledge sharing could be improved. Work culture can be stressful at times, leading to challenges with work-life balance and employee morale.

Cons

Good exposure to projects and technologies. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
