Pros

Pay is ok. Bonus makes it better. The location is convenient to commuting.

Cons

They wil suck you into thinking that you matter, but don't worry, they'll get rid of you without hesitation. 3 reorgs in the past year and large layoffs. The new CEO can't seem to figure out what makes. Company run. They will speak of Great Place to Work, but it's really just lip Service. The higher up the ladder, the less the know about the actual business. After preparing a presentation for VP's that may get to the CEO, I was told that they would not understand the acronyms. I'm sorry, if you are in this business and don't know industry lingo, you are just in it to make a buck and nothing else. VP to Director level don't understand the business and turnover had led to even less knowledge at that level. They are only looking for people that will make them look good, regardless of the work being done. As long as you can create a pretty power point, that's all they care about. Make management look good, they don't need facts to support it. Also, management will never have your back because they are too concerned with trying to save their own butts. Serious lack of knowledge due to so much turnover and layoffs.

Pros

Limited knowledge transfer and onboarding support for new team members. New hires are often expected to figure things out with minimal guidance. Workplace politics can sometimes impact collaboration and decision-making. Managers may not always be actively involved in supporting team members or addressing concerns. Full-time employees are occasionally treated differently than contractors, creating an uneven work environment. Documentation and process knowledge sharing could be improved. Work culture can be stressful at times, leading to challenges with work-life balance and employee morale.

Cons

Good exposure to projects and technologies. Opportunity to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
