Pros
Community support activities are superior to any other company. Millions of dollars are given each year to end domestic violence and support improvements in access to healthcare. There are also many thousands of dollars earned each year to support organizations within each of the communities where a work site is located.
Cons
If you do not want to work 70 hours/week, get out. If you are not type A, get out. There is absolutely no 'human' interactions from the new leadership - answers need to be yes, anything you say, or you will be managed out of the company. People are used up and spit out - there is always another in line waiting to fill a position. Minimal communication from leadership above manager, and when there was - it always came with a "twist" on the truth; wording of messages was VERY careful so it could later become the polar opposite of the message.
