Pros
I just moved to Arizona earlier this year and consider myself blessed to have been given this opportunity here. The company itself has been growing since it began and shows no signs of slowing. Everyone is forward thinking here and looking to tackle challenges we foresee rather than waiting for them to occur and then reacting. From upper management looking into the best advertising mediums, to our technical supervisors constantly looking into the best new pest control methods, to our customer service team always trying to improve the back end experience for the customer, everyone is focused on doing what they can to improve the company as a whole. The best part is everyone's ideas and opinions are heard. It doesn't matter if you aren't a manager or have an idea about a department that you aren't in, every bit of input is considered valuable. The owners make sure to meet with their managers each week so they understand how each department is doing and their door is always open if you need assistance which has been very helpful as a new employee learning the way things are done here. The owners put a great amount of effort into finding people who fit our company culture using different assessment tools. This weeds out some of the candidates who may not be a good fit. As a result we have a group here that is full of kind, helpful, driven individuals.
Cons
As we grow we encounter new challenges where processes aren't created to handle them yet so there are times where there isn't a process to refer to but that means you get involvement in building the process which I have found to be an extremely valuable career experience.
