Pros

Hybrid, with some work from home options Okay amount of PTO Mostly good coworkers

Cons

If you take time off for any reason, your work piles up. They understaff and don't cross-train enough to have any extra coverage, so if you're salary, assume you're putting in 50 hrs/week no matter what. Taking off time results in coming back to that same 50 hrs to cram in, even if you were off for a few days.
