      Pros

      Not a lot. Some decent people work there, but they are not in management positions. Great place to learn "not what to do" when trying to run a successful business.

      Cons

      Where do you start with this one. Highly toxic culture with poor management that doesn't care. Unless you're in the good ole boys club, you won't get very fair. Nearly all areas of this business are managed by egotists including the C-Suite. Very hard to get things done as a lot of mid level to upper level managers are combative. My advice - move on.

      Pros

      Consistent scheduling, hours, decent pay for newer people with little experience.

      Cons

      Management is poor, honestly think they are crooks. They think they are smarter and that your concerns mean little to them.
