Very good company culture and core values upheld - Shipper/Receiver Bobrick Washroom Equipment Employee Review

NOT your average Corporate company. Family owned, and it shows. Our vacation has upgraded to PTO, we get a lot of time off, and can roll it over and accrue more than our yearly limit if we don't use it. We're treated with respect by management, and our company's Core Values are tangible in the work environment. Been here almost 11 years and don't plan on leaving. Best company I've ever worked for in my 55 years.

Headquartered in California, so some of those weird East Coast, echo-chamber "values" bleed through to Tennessee. It's not overbearing by any means, but still. Insurance for a family plan is VERY expensive, so consider that. For just the employee, not so bad.

I was interviewed and hired within a month by Bobrick. The streamlined HR process along with the job responsibilities were/are structured, clear, and fair. I joined the company as a temp but was then hired full-time, as I was inspired to do great work here and was rewarded. I feel each section of the company and each department all have their pros that outweigh the cons, and I feel that this is a great place to work and is the best job I've had.

Sometimes the work can be overwhelming, but that is just the way that a company like this goes. There are good and bad days.
