Pros
We have an amazing culture here that is like one big family. We have over 100 employees who have worked here for over 10 years. There is so much opportunity to grow professionally in your career not just here at Boca, but within Hilton. I have held 4 different positions here at the Resort so I'm always learning and growing both professionally and personally.
Cons
nothing to share--- I do not have medical or dental through the Resort, but there are so many other benefits that we have other then health insurance that I use.
