Pros
This Pink Palace...A City within a City! Has given many opportunities for people to start a career, continue a career, raise their children and provide their education. It doesn't matter where are from, your culture, color, race, origin...the place and his people embraces it all! It's a magical place - where I have seen this happening for over the years.
Cons
There is no downside in my eyes...people that want to make something out of their career - this is the place. However, they need to be mindful that in order to grow you need to tuff it up – think of it like Marine Corps Boot Camp – everyone will be trained to reveal who has the fight in them to continue on when others quit – this is how to would win battles by overpowering the desire to quit with the perseverance to prevail!
