Pros
The training and the well being of their employees is important. As well as offering many benefits and perks as being part of the team. The property was beautiful, and they build a sense of community within the hotel.
Cons
The average customer was most likely a member and since there has been new management automatic gratuity has been revoked. And the members who are for the most part very demanding and rude have you provide above and beyond service with no reward.
