      They have nice pay, but mostly because they can't get people to stay working for them.

      Cons

      It is terribly run and employees are not treated that well.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
