      There are some great and talented associates in this workplace.

      Cons

      This is a challenging place to work. First, the morale here is not great. There is constant stress, high turnover, and a strong desire for you to be overworked. Secondly, the direction provided is not clear and concise. Lastly, any opportunities for advancement and promotion are not solely based on merit.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
