      The property does offer appreciation days which is great for morale and team building.

      Cons

      Hospitality is a difficult industry to work, but at this property it is even more challenging. Morale is often low and there is limited support.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
