      Pros

      This resort is amazing and working here was amazing. They are really kind and caring and want to teach you about the hotel industry.

      Cons

      One of the cons for me was the fact that I live in palm beach. The commute was extremely far every day. However, they were very nice.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
