      Pros

      Free or discounted golf, resort had some amazing people working for it.

      Cons

      Not sure that it still does as most higher managers were forced out during the Hilton take over. I hear from current employees and members that it is not what it used to be.

      Pros

      Very little amount of Pros to think of. The resort does do 1 appreciation day for the employees.

      Cons

      Majority of the staff is complacent and their lack of direction from leadership. Overall, this is a challenging place to work and/or get upward mobility.
