Work you like a slave sometimes 7 days a week. When someone becomes a general manager they pretty much have to steal a deposit to get fired. The things upper management lets them get away with really affects overall store harmony or lack there of.

You get a $7 discount on food for lunch/dinner

Cons

Toxic environment. Hours will get cut for no reason and WILL NOT be given back. Only younger employees will be favored (even if they are terrible at their job.) Will get moved onto night shift if management doesn't like you no matter if you can actually work those hours or not. HR will do NOTHING as far as disciplining the GM
