Pros

Very flexible work schedule. Mostly nice people to work with. Great benefits to full-time employees. Good job for high school and college students who need to work around classes.

Cons

Favoritism often interferes with advancement opportunities. Personal issues aren't kept separate from work and some employees are treated better than others. Too much work put on certain employees depending on position of work.

Pros

You get a $7 discount on food for lunch/dinner

Cons

Toxic environment. Hours will get cut for no reason and WILL NOT be given back. Only younger employees will be favored (even if they are terrible at their job.) Will get moved onto night shift if management doesn't like you no matter if you can actually work those hours or not. HR will do NOTHING as far as disciplining the GM
