Pros

It is definitely a team environment, and everyone seems to be close like a little hardees family. It takes time to adjust to the lifestyle at first, but once you do, it pays off and there is plenty of support. The job isn't hard, time consuming maybe but not hard. You just have to be dedicated.

Cons

Tiring, you will work hard and be tired once your shift is over. EXTREMELY TIRED Pay could be a notch or two higher...

You get a $7 discount on food for lunch/dinner

Cons

Toxic environment. Hours will get cut for no reason and WILL NOT be given back. Only younger employees will be favored (even if they are terrible at their job.) Will get moved onto night shift if management doesn't like you no matter if you can actually work those hours or not. HR will do NOTHING as far as disciplining the GM
