Pros
Overall good colleagues to work with. You get to set your own schedule-ish, excluding team meetings, which can get a lot, but it is manageable. You get to make an impact in people's lives! You can work independently for the most part. The company encourages growth and learning and is invested in your training!
Cons
The company is still growing so there's a lot of change. They assigned managers on who is hitting KPIs but while coaching and managerial duties can overlap, a good coach doesn't necessarily make a good manager. Micromanaged - there has to be a better way to foster collaboration without micromanagement. Perhaps this is unique to the industry and job? At the time you had to manage 42-52 clients aka accounts so it is a huge workload especially if you're someone who likes to place more quality in client-centered relationships. 90% of the coaching team struggled with work-life balance which is ironic for a health coaching company. Holiday system was a bit tough - only 2 weeks of holiday per year.
