Pros

Great people led by not so great people.

Cons

Poorly run with changes made constantly. No real company progress and all clients relied on with social accounts. Felt very cult like at times and the clients payed a fortune for 1-1 coaching which was a couple of check ins a week and then they had to weigh and measure themselves constantly causing what I thought were the beginning of obsessive disorders. There were also colleagues who had to undertake coaching who ended up with eating disorders Like I mentioned very cult like and all the coaches are pretty smart but I guess not smart enough to see how backwards it all is. They will be cancelled

Pros

This company really cares about people, whether that be their customers or employees. I've worked in several work environments and this is by far the BEST one!

Cons

I really can't think of one.

Pros

What makes Body Smart stand out against other health & fitness companies is not just the results we get with our clients, it's the company culture and working with a likeminded team. I've worked in many high end & well known gyms & fitness companies in London and none come close to what Body Smart has to offer as a service and a place to work. You are encouraged to contribute and to come up with ideas to drive the business forward. You're challenged on what you say and what you do so growth is inevitable (which I love because then you're always improving!) The flexibility and remote work is a pro for sure, but on the list of pros it's further down. Being part of a company that's passionate about women's health & cares for their staff is the real pro! The work is challenging - it's definitely not a clock in and clock out job - so 100% is required.

Cons

I guess the only real con is that due to remote working I don't get to see everyone on a daily basis, compared to if you were in an office (or gym in this case) But that is made up with weekly team meetings!
