Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. We recognize that feedback like this reflects real frustration, and we take concerns about employee experience and leadership seriously.
We want to offer some context around a few of the topics raised. Our marketing efforts, including partnerships with organizations like the New York Giants, are intended to increase brand awareness in communities where Bond Vet is still growing. The goal of these initiatives is to support local clinics by bringing in new clients, strengthening clinic sustainability, and investing back into our teams. Events such as player meet-and-greets were held in specific locations to help build visibility and engagement where it was most needed.
Transparency and trust are important to us. We encourage honest feedback from clients and employees, as it plays a critical role in helping us identify areas for improvement and hold ourselves accountable.
As a growing healthcare organization, we currently operate with a mix of internal HR team members and external partners. While this model is common, we understand that the effectiveness of support and communication matters far more than structure alone. Feedback about how employees experience HR interactions is taken seriously, and we continue working to improve how we listen, respond, and provide support.
Bond Vet is veterinarian-led, and decisions are made with careful consideration of medical quality, patient care, long-term sustainability, and the well-being of our teams. We acknowledge that periods of change — including pricing decisions, organizational shifts, and growth — can be challenging, and we recognize the importance of clear communication and thoughtful planning during these moments.
We know there is always more work to do. We remain committed to learning, improving, and engaging more openly with our teams. We encourage continued feedback through internal channels so concerns can be addressed directly and constructively.
Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
