Pros

- Extremely supportive managing team, very open to feedback - There's an entire IT team available 24/7 via Slack - Bond Vet cares first and foremost about the patient, not about revenue - Because it's a larger company, regional leadership is accessible to questions/comments/concerns and always makes you feel heard - Beautiful, clean hospitals with external cleaning crew. Techs are just responsible for being techs and doctors for being doctors - They're always trying to grow and do better by focusing on employee wellness and patient wellness - It's a modern business, so multiple apps are utilized like Slack and very easy PIMS (Vetspire)

Cons

- Because it's modern, you have to be comfortable using technology (Slack, Google Workspace, AI scribe if you want) - Onboarding is a bit disjointed, there are lots of SOPs pre-made for doctors and techs but you aren't given guidance on where to find them/what's important to know and learn - Bond has recently let go of their entire virtual team, who handled lab callbacks and phone calls. Now it's all handled in-clinic

Pros

The best part about working here is definitely the people and the culture. Management really invests in your growth with great learning opportunities and hands-on CE.

Cons

Because the team is small, everyone is super accessible and response times are quick—but actual backend action and implementation can feel depressingly slow.

Pros

There were pros when I initially started but those went away once they pulled the guy from City MD.

Cons

ZERO communication of any sort. Zero planning. Zero idea on how to properly run a business. No support from marketing, senior leadership team that feels like they make decisions in the moment without a thought of how this will affect the staff. Closed an entire travel department down without thinking that the clinic staff would need training. They just closed an entire clinic with zero warning. Zero notice. Not a word. Staff? Who thinks about them....
