No support from marketing, senior leadership team that feels like they make decisions in the moment without a thought of how this will affect the staff. Closed an entire travel department down without thinking that the clinic staff would need training. They just closed an entire clinic with zero warning. Zero notice. Not a word. Staff? Who thinks about them....
