Pros
The in clinic teams are wonderful and we have a great sense of loyalty and family with one another. But we are all overworked and severely underpaid and constantly understaffed. 3 days off a week, but often not in a row.
Cons
Underpaid. Understaffed. Management does not care about support staff - only money. Prices keep increasing but they do not compensate their staff any differently. Headquarters only cares about rapidly opening clinics to appease their investors even though they cannot find enough staff to maintain the existing clinics. They care more about painting a cute visual on social media, but behind the scenes their teams are miserable. Bond claims to put their staffs wellbeing and mental heath as a top priority, yet when told that their staff is suffering they turn a blind eye and do not offer support. They would rather lose existing staff than try and nurture them to stay. We have lost many exceptional nurses, vet techs and care coordinators because they have been mentally and emotionally abused to their breaking point. Even clinic managers have jumped ship because they refuse to listen to their shortcomings and make a change. Unless you are a DVM, they do not care about their support staff. PERIOD. When the staff suffers, the clients and patients suffer as well. As evident from most of the negative reviews received on google and yelp.
