Pros
Great healthcare. Cute patients. Awesome values. Free lunch on the weekend.
Cons
Bond is new and growing. There are a lot of hiccups and many of those are difficult to navigate. I had many empty promises given to get me there, then only few were actually fulfilled. They are in over their heads in the expansion market. NYC clinics are thriving...their staff is happy and confident. Boston market is drowning and they don't really seem to care. "Do better" is the answer, instead of offering assistance or refuge. Here are my personal experiences: -routinely worked more than 40 hours per week on salary and told that's just how it is and it was expected of me -sought out mentorship on my own instead of any proper training -Paid for parking to go to work at $40/day for 2 months without reimbursement (validation not offered for staff OR clients) -No reimbursement for professional fees after submitting it -work 3 days some weeks while working 5 days other weeks without appropriate compensation/time off between shifts -promised Figs scrubs, but switched to cheaper brand -offered "free" therapy for a year at the cost of a sessional co-pay -never received 401K benefits -lots of clique culture. Join the family or be gone. They are cutting lots of costs, and it's becoming increasingly obvious. High cost veterinary services using the cheapest products to make a profit. That is the Bond Vet way.
